General information about the online store

The online store’s products are sold by Koti-In Oy, business ID 0707278-7. We sell products to adult individuals in mainland Finland. Product prices include VAT (24%). We reserve the right to change prices and postage.

Ordering

Products are generally ordered via the Internet at shop.yoldiascandinavia.com by placing them in the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by email, stating the price of the order, delivery costs and the ordered products. To receive an order confirmation, customers must provide an email address when ordering. Customers must agree to the delivery terms separately for each order.

Delivery methods and delivery time

Products from the Yoldia Scandinavia online store are as a rule delivered to a Posti pick-up point closest to the delivery address. If there are several products in the same order, they may be sent in different shipments and even to different pick-up points. Unfortunately, customers cannot select the pick-up point at the moment.

If home delivery is the only possible delivery method, owing to, for example, the large size of the product, the product will be delivered home. In this case, the transport company will contact the customer to agree on a suitable delivery time.

The estimated delivery time is mentioned in the product information. Products in stock are delivered in about 14 business days. The delivery time of made-to-order products is given separately for each item. If the delivery time is longer than normal for any reason, we will inform the customer without delay.

Payment service provider

Checkout is a secure payment method for you. It has a payment institution licence issued by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is provided by Checkout Finland Oy (business ID 2196606-6), which is part of OP Financial Group. The Checkout payment gateway will forward your payment to the merchant. If Checkout Finland Oy appears on your bank statement or credit card invoice, we have forwarded your payment.

The online store acts as a marketer and supplier of products and services to the customer. The online store manages the statutory obligations related to the sale and any other obligations it has defined. If you want to complain about or return a product, please contact the online store where the product was ordered.

Online banks

The online payment systems of all Finnish banks are available to you. You can use Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Savings Bank, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Savings Bank, S-Bank and Bank of Åland. The payee on your bank statement will be Checkout Finland Oy, so forward your payment to the online store. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.

Credit card payments

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout is the payee on the credit card invoice, and the customer’s payment has been forwarded to the merchant. Card payments are made securely with a secure payment form, and payment card information is not stored in the online store’s systems.

Advance invoice

You can also pay for the products in advance with a standard invoice. We will email the invoice to you in PDF format, and once the payment appears in our account, we will send the products to you. We can also post you a paper invoice.
