Yoldia Scandinavia online store’s products may be returned within 14 days. During that time, you may examine the product the same way as you would in a brick and mortar shop. Any returned product must be in its original packaging and in a condition in which it can still be sold.

In the Yoldia Scandinavia online store, the customer always pays for the costs of returning products, unless the reason for the return is the merchant's error, such as having sent you the wrong product.

Some products can be returned in the normal way by post. With large items, some other mode of transport may have to be chosen. This means that the freight cost can be very high.

Made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Refunds are made using the same payment method as was used for the order.
